Probate and trust administration matters are generally billed hourly due to their variable nature, potential court involvement, and differing obligations associated with these matters. In many cases we are able to present you with a flat fee quote covering most of the work we do for every case, then hourly after that point based on the specific needs of your case. As a baseline, the total attorney fees paid from estate funds to guide the personal representative through an uncontested, informal Colorado probate often total $3,500.00 to $4,500.00. Those fees may increase as issues with the will, disputes among beneficiaries or creditors, or other more complex issues arise.
