Professional: Since 2013, I have prepared estate planning documents and assisted with estate, trust, and protective proceeding administration for thousands of clients – first with a small firm, and then as a solo practitioner. With the launch of the Horizon partnership, I look forward to continuing to serve my Colorado Springs clients, while expanding into the Arkansas Valley and beyond. As my passion lies with problem solving and fixing plans that didn’t quite work or never came to be, I’ll continue to focus my efforts in the helping families navigate post-death administration of trusts and probate estates.
Personal: I was born and raised in Kentucky, but some of my first memories are from a road trip with my dad to Colorado at age three. Immediately after obtaining my undergraduate and law degree from the University of Kentucky, I decided to make a permanent home in the Rockies. After thirteen great years in Colorado Springs, my wife Michelle, daughters Jo Lynn and Sadie, and Willie the Cattle Dog moved to Salida in June 2026. We are already enjoying small town living and easier access to whitewater, powder, and higher elevations.
